What should I know about deposits and cancellations?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. We have a strict cancellation policy, and cancellations within six months of check-in are non-refundable. Rescheduling or changing villas is permitted at least six months in advance, subject to our reservation terms. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Any exceptions involving credits or refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis by our administrative office.
